I felt like the warm up really prepared me for the peak pose Ustrasana! This is definitely a slow paced class, but it focuses greatly on alignment and I still felt my muscles working. Very nice.

Lainie is an excellent instructor. Her cues are perfect and make me think about alignment in different ways than I ever have before. I love the reminders to pause for a deep breath. This particular practice is mostly about opening the upper body, but includes some flow and finishes with hip openers.
