I loved that she encouraged pausing throughout. I tried some of the hopping and handstand variations a few times over, throughout. It's a pace that I felt I could play with!
Enjoyed the creative warm-up into handstand hops. Wish this class was a little longer and we did a few more hop variations. First time with this instructor - enjoyed her calm, clear and encouraging style. Going to investigate her other videos for sure.
