My right hip was extremely tight for a few days. After I did this video, I felt the tension release instantly.
This is one of my favorite classes of Melanie's. As someone with constant hip tightness and lower back pain, this sequence reallllly helps take so much pressure off that area of my body. It builds plenty of heat, too!
I feel so much more open! I looked for a hip opener, partly because I have some hip issues, and also because I felt I just needed an emotional/tension release. This was perfect. Oh my goodness, this video is exactly what I needed today. I feel my mind and body relaxing after an intense day. Even though I had just 20 minutes to devote to practice today, my lower back and hips feel much better!
I really enjoyed this video! I am doing it several times a weeks. The instructions as very clear and the exercises really help to take the stress out of your hips, lower back and the legs. Highly recommended especially after a day sitting at the desk!

Melanie is a great teacher. Her instructions are impecable. I find myself following her instructions almost without watching at the screen. I love this sequence and the progression Her voice is so soothing. I love adding a speaker to the computer so I can hear her better and some relaxing music as well and voila !!!! Melanie is in my basement. I love it!
