I really liked this class. Even though it was only sequences through sun salutations, I find that you can sometimes challenge yourself even more within the basic sequences in regards to breathe and form. I did it after a run, and it built heat without burning me out.
While she does talk a good amount, her voice is very relaxing and her words were meaningful for the practice. I would definitely do this again.

This class is definitely a level 1 class. It was slow moving and didn't include anything that wouldn't be in a beginner level class.
I was mostly relaxing and a good way to wake up the body but Birgitte made all of these awkward side comments that completely broke the zen vibe. It was worth a try but overall, not for me.
this woman went on and on during a level 2 class that clearly she was instructing level one. annoying! do not recommend.
I love this class. I find that I can let go of the mind and connect to my body in a loving way. I would love classes for pms and menstruation if that's possible.
This was great for ending the work day. I was able to focus my energy and really pay attention to the breath and get into each pose gently. Also appreciated the comments in the end about feeling the "energy" body in Savasana. Thank you!
Gentle class with a calming effect. Despite the slower pace it seemingly flew by. I didn't feel like I generated much heat and didn't break a sweat. I would consider this class more like a Level 1.5 or 1.
I did this practice first thing in the morning. I was able to build heat in a comfortable, gentle way. Thank you!

This was my first session with Birgitte and what a wonderful class it was. This may become my go to morning class. I sweated a little bit, but nothing crazy and I felt no only the heat in my body, but the calmness too. I loved those side stretches. Thank you Birgitte for this very well rounded class =D

Birgitte is the mother of Zen workouts. Having her calm and gentle voice guiding the practice in such an informative and caring way, in my own home, is a true gift. Birgitte is a priceless gem for all yogis, not matter your stage of practice. The chance to do any yoga practice with Birgitte is a blessing.
