Focus on the grounding energy of the earth, the fire of vinyasas, and the wind of the breath in this class with yin yang class. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 blanket

Loved the combination in this class! Would enjoy more like this. Thank you!

The yin was fantastic, and the varied vinyasa in the middle was paced perfectly!

Loved the yin intro and yin finish. The vinyasa series was challenging and nicely paced. Love the longer yin classes too.

Although the butterfly pose could be done before half saddle pose. So once in supine position we will stay lay on back until savasana. The yin poses are so grounding and feels like too hard to go back to seated once lay on back. Nice practice David !

This is a complete Yoga practice...and very very powerful...I feel the energy moving through my body. Awesome David....thanks a lot. I would like to see a Yin class related to Hanumanasana and all splits...standing, sitting, etc. Thanks a lot.

I loved the Yin practice, but I felt like the Vinyasa sequence was very short and quick and didn't really flow with the tone of the Yin practice.

what a great class. please do more classes like this. Thank you :-]

I really like David's classes. The breath pace in this class is perfect for me. I must have larger than average lung capacity because most classes make me feel deprived of full length breaths. The flow here was fun. Thank you.

I love your yin classes so much, David. I have become very interested in meridians, so I'd love to see yin yoga classes that address the specific meridians!

This practice is fantastic. Even more so, David's commentaries throughout the practice are spot on and come from a place of truth about this type of practice that can be difficult express in words, yet he has done so. Excellent blend of yin and flow.

I loved this class. I rarely hold the poses for 3 minutes. It was so helpful to quiet my mind and start to open my body. But then the flow part was great to get things moving. Would have liked a little faster. But great all around class. Will def come back to this one.

I loved this practice so very much! I love yin and the combination of yin and yang was wonderful. I hope we can more of this type of practice. Your complete yin practices are great too, David. I hope to see even more. Thank you so much!

I miss taking your class so much and I'm so happy I came across this beautiful merge of Yin & Yang. Thank you David! Looking forward to more of these XOXO

So grateful to hear your feedback! For those new to Yin, adding a few Yin poses to your existing Vinyasa/Power Yoga practice can have a deeply soothing, calming effect on your nervous system. Neither Yin nor Yang is a complete practice; it's all about the balance ;-)....xoxoDavid

After doing an intense chakra practice this morning this yin class was very nice way to end the day. It has been a while since I did a yin class or a David Kim practice so it was nice to get back in touch with both

Loved it! A wonderful stretch of the shoulders and hips through long yin holds and a reasonably paced vinyasa flow. Keep these coming!

What a great practice. I was feeling like I had a lot of stuck energy in my muscles, I'm so glad I chose this video. I love how this practice starts with yin and really gives you a chance to sink into your body before doing a vinyasa. Thank you!
