The yin was fantastic, and the varied vinyasa in the middle was paced perfectly!
Loved the yin intro and yin finish. The vinyasa series was challenging and nicely paced. Love the longer yin classes too.
Although the butterfly pose could be done before half saddle pose. So once in supine position we will stay lay on back until savasana. The yin poses are so grounding and feels like too hard to go back to seated once lay on back. Nice practice David !

I loved the Yin practice, but I felt like the Vinyasa sequence was very short and quick and didn't really flow with the tone of the Yin practice.

I really like David's classes. The breath pace in this class is perfect for me. I must have larger than average lung capacity because most classes make me feel deprived of full length breaths. The flow here was fun. Thank you.

This practice is fantastic. Even more so, David's commentaries throughout the practice are spot on and come from a place of truth about this type of practice that can be difficult express in words, yet he has done so. Excellent blend of yin and flow.
Favorite practice of the summer
I loved this class. I rarely hold the poses for 3 minutes. It was so helpful to quiet my mind and start to open my body. But then the flow part was great to get things moving. Would have liked a little faster. But great all around class. Will def come back to this one.
