This class was a worthwhile challenge for me. I agree with other commenters who said it feels rushed in a few parts, but overall I really enjoyed it and will do it again. The sequence built definitively towards the most advanced pigeon pose I've attempted, and helped me be successful when I arrived!

I feel great after this practice and my shoulders definitely feel more open. I did however feel rushed in certain parts of this practice. An example would be in the beginning, in my opinion, there should be more of a spine warm up. We jumped into back bends too soo and that's not good for those with sensitive backs. There were also times when both practitioners got into the same pose rather than one doing the modified pose. The example for this is the last bridge/wheel pose.
