This class was absolutely fabulous. Exactly what I needed after a stressful few days/weeks. Very relaxing, well rounded, with lots of stretches, and some really wise words. The perfect number of chaturangas to build/keep heat, but not too many that it bothered my sensitive wrists. I can't say enough great stuff about this one, truly.

I do like it when teachers talk through poses but this was just too much. I had to quit 30 minutes in and do a different 30 minute video to finish the hour long practice my body needed. I appreciated the insights and her voice if very soothing, however, it did not work for me at all.

I agree. Liked the physical practice but there was no moment of silence to actually listen to my breath, quiet my mind and connect with my body. There were plenty of times when I thought oh that’s an interesting point, but now I cannot remember them as they were constantly taken over by the next set of instructions.

Mia has such insight and can communicate the essence of how our practice is a tool that can support and heal. The simplicity of her flow is her brilliance! This practice has enough of a physical challenge, while also challenging your mind to remain centered and balanced. Good for a break from Level 3 intensity. Mia's alignment points are exceptional, so you feel confident when moving into asanas. She integrates subtle body awareness with the physical postures making this a truly holistic practice. I could do this every day. Thank you Mia!
