Brilliant class. Slow pace which allows for plenty of time for tips on how to adjust for better alignment. And oh so challenging! Patti is one of my favourite teachers, her classes never fail to hit the spot.

Loved this class! Enjoy Patti's style of guiding the class. This one definitely builds heat and strengthens your muscles! Just FYI if you have wrist issues be aware ahead of time that you use them continually throughout the class.
This was my first class with Patti and I added it to my favorites. Poses were slow yet difficult and I really myself getting stronger through out the poses as Patti does an amazing job facilitating alignment. I worked up a sweat! Will definitely be looking at Patti's other classes.
Really great combo of stretching and strengthening. Patti takes us through some traditional poses and sequencing, while isolating specific muscle groups (ie upper arms, outer hips, abdominals) to prepare for some of the more challenging holds. She also sprinkles in several hip-openers, which feel really delicious.
This was a nice heat building sequence, challenging and grounding. Going into my favorites....Patti - I love all of your classes.
I really liked this class. It is a slow burner and great hip and chest opener. Not much twisting at all though.
Great balanced sequence. Would be nice to have an alternate option during the core sequence which is quite intense.
This is a nice class. Patti is a lovely teacher, however I found it while looking under twists and this is not a twist class. Its a flow class with some hi openers and back bends.
