Hit all parts of your body in this quick and challenging flow class.
Love Danni's classes! He talks a lot, but the reminders and cues about posture are helpful and while it might not be your style, the constant talking makes class feel like it goes by quickly! This is definitely a class for people who are familiar with yoga alignment and basic poses because the transitions are quick so that the short class is efficient. Love that he's able to build heat and strength in so little time. Thank you, Danni! You're the best!
Danni is the best. He incorporates a good amount of poses into this quick flow, yet still manages to save some time for a legitimate savasana at the end. Very nice
Quads were burning! Great for building heat and strength.
I luv Danni! He’s got great energy! I love his pacing. Yes he talks a lot but it’s all great instruction on how to experience every nuance of the pose.
I love you !!! Thank you!
If your short on time this is the sequence
fast talking and fast moving
got me going
simple direct thank you
Not very many classes on here get me sweating, this one did it in less than 20. Big standing poses with core, plank, and inversions mixed into the sequence. Super simple and quick class to rejuvenate you quickly.
Love his routines, he sounds like an auctioneer and it's too much talking too fast. Otherwise great class and great instructor.
My thoughts exactly. Motor mouth distracts from a great routine.
Danni is excellent in his instructions. The only thing is that I agree with some of the other commenters, the speed of giving instructions. My issue is not so much keeping up with the poses since I have done this a couple of time s and know where he is going, but rather the speed of instruction interfere with my breathing rhythm therefore I am not able to truly relax into the pose and get the full benefit of the pose. Thanks.
I was shocked by how challenging (strength, fitness) and fun (interesting flow) this short little class is! It's a perfect 17 min class.
What a fab little sequence when you can’t find a full hour or can’t make it to the studio! Loved it...thanks Danni!
When in a time crunch before heading to work this worked out to build up a bit of a sweat so I could get the body a bit looser.
This is a quick practice if you don't have much time. Instead of 5 minutes of shavasana, I did stretching at the end as there is none in this practice.
Good workout but echo Danni does go too quick and his voice is jarring at the speed of which he goes. This could be a 25 minute class should he slow things down a bit.
I felt like I was on some energy supplement with this one. 😂🤣 it was constant talking and movement but PERFECT!!!
True, his voice is not 'yoga smooth' (until shivasa, that is) and a little hurried, but well-cued, and a really nice flow. Much appreciated!
Feels more like a level 3, given the transitions and lack of instruction for those transitions. The pace of the instructor's talking made me feel stressed.
This is a pretty intense level 2 class with tricky transitions and too much talking. There was no warm up flow or poses in the beginning and a very sudden abrupt ending.
it´s more a fitness class with asanas thrown in. should be labeled a level 3 class because of the difficult transitions
Going fast and suddenly it's over and I'm feeling great. Saving to favourites. Thank you!
my daughter recommended this one and its a great strengthening, empowering and time efficient practice.
I am impressed how good you can feel your whole body warmed and energized after only 18 Minutes. This helpes me also to get back into longer practice after having been sick... Thank you, Danni, Dani.
Short yet effective total body workout.
Great if you have a short amount of time, the instructor sounds a little frantic though.
Perfect first thing in the morning class to wake you up and get the blood moving. Great if you’re trying to get a hundred things done before work. Less tha. 20 minutes and you’ll feel amazing for the rest of your day!
I loved this class! It was a great way to work up a sweat when you don't have a lot of time to spare. Challenging, but manageable and left me feeling great. Thanks!
