This class doesn't feel like 25 minutes; it's so relaxing and soothing that any sense of time kind of fades away! In this true Level I practice, expect some slow sun salutations, Warrior II, forward bends, and spine twists. But if the holidays have your shoulders/neck tense, look elsewhere; this class focuses mostly on the back and hamstrings. I didn't break a sweat but I do feel more relaxed. Melanie's voice is always so soothing!
