This video really DOES have a little bit of everything. I liked the addition of the side crow. I also felt there was a great balance between strength and stretching!
I'm a beginner into intermediate student. A good class that has pushed me beyond what I'm used to. Definitely will be my go to video for when I'm short on time.
I have been doing yoga for years, but sometimes need to make adjustments in poses. I was wondering why there were 2 people to demonstrate when they both did the same routine? Most of the classes on this site have the second student demonstrating modifications. I really missed that in this class.
I really like this video - a little shorter but definitely enough to get some heat and get a good start to your day.

In regards to the comments about instruction, this is a fast-paced class that is perfect for those who practice often. Hits everything in a short amount of time, great for busy days where we cant take 90 minutes out of life for a slower, more traditional practice
Great class for an all around practice. The Jiffy Pop noises were more than just nostalgic, my hips and knees were adjusting themselves throughout the practice.
I love how Alex always manages to create a complete practice with lots of twists (my favorite!). I feel longer,more open and available. Loved it!
I agree that at some points this felt like an aerobics class - it would be nice to have a little more times of silence to let the instructions settle in. I did like this sequence though!
Some flow some stretch like Everything but the Kitchen Sink
the sequence is good but the instructions are so quick its hard to keep up. and im not a beginner. i realize this is power yoga but its not the gym. very disappointing instructions.
