I have a quick question, but first I want to say I LOVE all of your sequences Jesse. Thank you for breaking every movement down and reminding us where to focus within each pose. I really feel it...in a good way though.
Okay my question, I have lame flat feet that are horrific. haha I hide them any chance I get, but I noticed somedays (haven't figured out what the trigger is.) The muscles in my feet feel like they are working harder than any other muscle in my body. They start to cramp up...and all that fun stuff. Is there anything you can recommend doing prior or doing on those days?
