I don't have the upper body strength, but the cues were great. Also, I didn't realize the video ended at chavasana. I was waiting a while before I realized she wasn't coming back
felt my lats and hamstring work and engage more then ever while trying to kick up this way. Felt them strengthen already after one time. Great way to really feel control when trying to balance in the center of the room.thanks for the great class alex.
