In these times, I felt my aura getting beaten down. This class uplifted me a great deal. I agree it would be helpful to have the phonetic spelling of the chants added as a superimposed element of the video. Their sounds are beautiful yet unfamiliar. Thank you for the beautiful start to my day.

I decided to ONLY do this video for the month of January because it seemed like a good way to get back into yoga regularly — clear and polish the aura, feel stronger and more flexible, and then grow from there. That was a very good choice for me and I would strongly advocate the same for anyone new to, or getting back into, yoga. That said, I agree with the poster that qa link to the chants would be helpful. Words and sounds matter, and it's nice to know you're doing them correctly (and it also eases mental stress to feel equipped with the correct ones). But if the video were re-done, for those who like to practice this often, with fewer instructions and anecdotes, just the whole sequence as if for folks familiar with it, that would help a practitioner sink into it more deeply. I really enjoy this practice and would love to return to it.
