I liked this class really focused on side ways but I think it is missing a savasana. It seems the class was cut without end. Anyways I did savasana. Nice class.
Great class to work the legs with firm standing poses. Also works the waist with a lot of twisting motions. Jessica is very calm and leads you with great cues and reminders that help you hold the poses.
I’m 6mo postpartum, and really feeling the effects of carrying around a growing baby. This class was the perfect stretch, tone, and release to fit into the little bit of me time I have on weekend mornings for self-care. Highly recommend. The only thing i’ll note is that her breath cueing is very long.
Thanks Jamie, and congratulations or you little one. I do drag the breath out in this sequence because I like the pauses at the top and bottom as if the breath has punctuation s. I really appreciate the feedback though. :)
