Fit yoga into your lunch break with this practice that will leave you feeling energized, rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day. Recommended props: 1 block
Thanks again, Birgitte! This class saved me in a midday, from dealing with all stress and chaos, and helped me to restore and continue my workday mindfully and productively. For years, I was looking for a practice to fit in my lunchtime, and kept hearing that it's not possible. And now I have found a solution :) Namaste.
Hi Tatiana, How great! That makes me happy to hear. Thank you for your kind feedback. I also have some free Youtube classes.....link on my website: Birgittekristen.com, Warmest, Birgitte

Perfect lunchtime practice while my kids are napping!
I love this class -- it is actually difficult if you are doing it correctly. Wonderful for mental focus as well as keeping up with your practice when traveling.
I enjoyed this class very much. When I do my yoga practice I really appreciate a slow class so that I can turn my attention inward. Yoga is not a work out. Yoga is a moving meditation.
I saw the 110 hearts and got swayed to do this practice but it is sadly lacking in real movement and variation. Just one vinyasa after the other and as another reviewer said it should be classified as level 1. I felt I lost half an hour of my life.
This i found very easy - a level 1 sort of easy not level 2. I Expected to get a good work out from this, and did not. May be good for an evening wind down practice - also very very slow.
I could see this being a good lunchtime retreat. (I did this on a Sunday afternoon, which was also fitting.) I felt like I did real work -- enough to break a light sweat -- but it wasn't too vigorous. The first ~25 minutes are mostly spent in standing poses or sun salutations with a couple twists in the mix. The last ~10 minutes are spent on the floor stretching the spine and hips.
This yoga sequence is specifically designed for men, but anyone can benefit from it. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket
