I broke my elbow 10 months ago and still am unable to fully extend my arm. These stretches are helping to actually strengthen that arm and learn to hold weight even if not extended fully.
Really enjoyed this. Searched for a short class a 'pick me up' -Energized my afternoon. Will definitely add this to routine, including as a stretch warm-up for an intense class. Namaste!

Wasn’t able to keep up with the pace and didn’t know the poses but will work towards this because it does seem like a great way to start the day once I’m not so new at yoga.

I love this gentle sequence to 'straighten out the kinks'. Delivered with a gentle manner. I add a couple of twists and feel stronger for the day.
I enjoy this morning stretch for what it does for me physically but it is also a pleasure to follow because Melanie's voice is easy to listen to and hear. Some of the instructors have weak voices and vocal fry. It is hard to follow their instructions. I have to get up and look carefully at the screen. Interrupting the practice that way is annoying. Melanie's voice is easy to follow.

A nice simple sequence to bring movement into every area of the body. I didn't feel quite done until I stretched to each side from my tadasana, but now I'm ready to go. Teacher was very clear with lots of great modifiers offered. I'll be doing this one again!

This is a wonderful wake up sequence for all levels.
Great, easy morning routine. Appreciated that it is under 15 min, very effective for how short it is. I feel ready to go out into the day. Plus, her voice is wonderful!
I used this as a pre-workout stretch before I started my treadmill walk / jog / run routine. It was perfect!

Super simple but effective and easy to fit in. For me, it's sometimes the only thing I can fit in before going straight to my home office to work in the morning. Just the right amount of goodness.
