Really enjoyed this. Fast pace (not too fast!) with lots of variety. Definitely got my heart pumping. Nice addition to yoga classes.
I definitely prefer Maeve's 50min Level 3 "total body" sculptworks practice, something about this one felt choppier and less challenging, but this is still a nice workout. Some of the movements are just less effective in terms of burn.
This is an excellent conditioning class for yoga practitioners! It would be awesome to have more of these classes... those who are complaining this is "not yoga", it doesn't claim to be :)

I've been looking to add a "workout" or some type of strength training, cross-training to my yoga and this was just thing. I can't stand gyms so on my days off from yoga I can do these workouts and build strength. For people complaining that it's not yoga, no, it isn't and isn't trying to be. That's why it's called sculptworks. It's just yoga-ish. I really got a great workout, my butt and thighs were sore for 2 days.
A very good strength building workout with a bit of yoga downward dogs and plank thrown in. Effective, new exercises that kept me engaged.
As many have mentioned this simply isn't a yoga class. It's more of an aerobic work out class with lots of repetition. It's a good workout and you do break a sweat, but if you're looking for vinyasas/flow look elsewhere.

What a wonderfully challenging and effective 40 minutes! that time frame is so helpful. I loved the instructor, she reminds me of my cousin who is a dancer and trainer.
It felt a bit 3-dimensional (physical realm only) so I would suggest in future classes to add the 5th dimension of spirit at parts such as minute 25 when we were resting for a few moments.
Loved this ! I take Maeve's sculpt class and this was honestly as good a workout ! Definitely challenging, and you can make it more difficult or modify as you want. Her instructions are explicit and she lets you know proper form and how to modify!
This instructor is perfect for the type of workout i NEED. I love all of the different poses and how she offers levels of difficulty. I always go for the hardest possible level to challenge myself and love how strenuous it is. Thank you!!!
The only downside to all the yoga works videos is the low sound! We are advised to put on our own music but I can barely make out anything the instructor is saying even when I turn my music down to the lowest possible setting and the yoga video to the highest. Please make the sound louder!!!

Good overall - but I wouldn't recommend it first thing in the morning, unless you've warmed up.
I loved this workout! I definitely got my sweat on and it felt perfect - can modify to for different levels so I feel I can keep doing it and building up to some of the more advanced versions.
The best all around instructor! Would love more of these classes as well as Maeve yoga!

The sound is VERY low! I loaded it several times, and turned up my computer sound and the video sound to high, and I could barely make out the words. Great video, but need SOUND!
I really enjoyed it! Loved the leg work and how it opened up the center/core and back towards the end. Ill definitely feel it today :)
