I love this video! Melanie is my favorite teacher on here and I love all of her videos. This one definitely had me sweating a bit. Great practice.
This class bills itself as a shorter alternative to longer practices but it's not rushed or hurried like many actually "quick" (i.e. 15-20-minute) classes. This class moved enough to get me to feel warm but not challenging enough to break a sweat. Good for opening the hips.
Enjoyed it thoroughly. Good to get back to basics in a reasonably fast paced workout.
