This is one my favorite shorter classes. It's a really good workout, and I always get a pretty good burn in my legs afterwards. The instructor is very good, explains why you are doing what you are doing well. I love standing poses, so this is one of my favorites.

I have done many of the online classes before this one and I find that they often seem rushed with the result that the poses are not that effective. This class id the first with a calm and effective timing that is appropriate when working with a screen - bravo! And thank you.
