Great intro to Crow Pose, enjoyed the instruction. The pace is a little sloW for intermediate But the info was very helpful.

Very slow paced, maybe better suited for the beginner yogi.

as a yoga teacher this video gave me some good ideas on how to introduce new poses and how to encourage students to step up in their practice. Thanks

I enjoy that Jesse encourages me with the facts that the people in the video do these all the time and that they are tough poses, because I do get down on myself about it. So it helps to remind myself to realistic with my body and helps me push myself to do better! :)

I think Jesse is an excellent teacher. Super knowledgeable and super prepared, however....she has a habit of emphasizing that the works is not easy, or that its hard and I get where shes coming from, shes trying to make the students feel like theyre doing something great because although its hard theyre still attempting to do it. I feel thats just feeding peoples ego and its not really helping the mind and consciousness to soften. Suggestions like be easy about it or soften or let go or engage your muscles yest remain oft inside, etc. could probably help more. I find myself coming out of Jesses practices with a scrunched up face like I was in a battle with myself. And its just because of that since i do like the poses and sequences she teaches. Just my two cents.
