I've been sore and tight in some very specific places after upping my riding, and this class targeted exactly those places. Feeling so much better and ready to get back in the saddle!
This class hit everywhere I was feeling tight and cluttered... and I haven't been on a bike in probably 15 years. The sequence is great for people with desk jobs, especially while working from home when you aren't getting up to walk around the office as much.
I am so excited about this class! I have been having a few health issues with my feet and hips. I ski, I started riding a road bike 4 years ago, this when I started having problems. The relaxing effect I am getting from this practice is amazing. I have done this class 3 times in 5 days, I ride and then do the class the next day. Thank you for putting this class together.

Patti, Love this class! I'm a spinner/cycler, so definitely need this. When you say, "Breathe into the length of your leg, etc." What do you mean? I've heard teachers say this and have no idea what the cue is trying to convey. Thank you!

This class is not only good for cycling, but also downhill skiing. Really gets the nice elongation of the hip flexors, and strengthens the quads.
