I’ve had a daily gym vinyasa practice for over a year, but let it go during “the great shelter”. This was an excellent way to reintroduce movement and breath back into my body. David’s cues, variations and verbal adjustments were excellent - I’ll be looking for some other classes by him. This one does a great job of opening up those spots we all tend to carry stress and tightness, especially guys like me. Note that there is no cue at the end to come out of savasana so don’t doze off :)

Iam taking the yogaworks 200hrs teacher training here in Cyprus with Anna Zorzou! Very nice seguence first time teaching males today! Felt very comfortable, So helpfull to me , excellent seguence great male specific alingnments and adjustments!, the boys need more hip openers now,!! 😀 thnk you!!
I started this class with my guy ( he didn't make it through the whole class as a beginner) - it was challenging, had great instructions, and was sooo good in releasing my hips. Nice to see something geared to men - and to hear the modifications suggested. Nice class.
Thanks for all the male-specific cues, alignments and adjustments. These are helpful things to look for and will be valuable reminders in future practices.
As a new yoga teacher who teaches classes primarily to male students, this was so helpful. Special emphasis on releasing trapezius and hamstrings - I thought the modifications and props were important to show, especially for those of us with looser hamstrings and hips that might not normally need those modifications. Thank you!
I have very tight hip flexors and hamstrings. I find this to be a perfect practice for me, and Im a gal.
