Caley jumps right in to opening up and stretching the troublesome hips and hamstrings for those of us that sit too much or punish our bodies with crossfit/HIIT type exercises. 29 minutes fly before you're done and feeling fresh and mobile again. This class was AMAZING for opening up my hips and hamstrings! I would suggest a blanket to anyone with knee sensitivity. I have some minor knee issues and some of the positions in this class, however amazing of a stretch, really hurt my knees.

I will definitely do this one again. The foot stretch in the beginning is a killer. I love going through the hip series twice. I can really feel the difference the second time around. Fresh cuing for half-split. I've never been told to push into the ball of my foot like that. It was so effective.

Outstanding stretches for a runner's body. Caley works upper body openers in with the lower body work where possible, making this a fairly well-rounded stretching sequence. My poor, beat up body feels so much better now! Thank you!
Recommend having a strap available, too, for some of the quad opening work.

Just perfect -- addresses the common area of tightness from running. Instructor's voice is as soothing as the stretches. How about an hour-long version to do on rest days?
